Kylie Flinker-Jarrett is the Customer Experience & Digital Education Manager for DePuy Synthes ANZ at Johnson & Johnson. She is focused on delivering dynamic and engaging digital solutions which improve educational experiences for the orthopedic community. During COVID, Kylie used the platform to provide critical educational and training content to doctors and nurses when staff were unable to meet with them in person. Not only was her office able to quickly shift gears by implementing new ways of providing life saving education and training, she also demonstrated how crucial it is for organizations to create and deliver content using different channels.
