Michel Paul was President of Johnson & Johnson’s Global Strategic Customer Solutions organization and has served in many leadership roles throughout his career. He was Company Group Chairman for J&J’s $2.6 billion worldwide Diabetes Care Franchise. Prior to the CGC position, he was the Worldwide President of DePuy Mitek, a leader in the development, manufacture and marketer of medical devices for Arthroscopic and Orthopedic Sports Medicine. Over the course of his nearly 33-year career with Johnson & Johnson, Michel has distinguished himself as a leader in other roles including Worldwide General Manager of the Bariatric Surgery Franchise at Ethicon Endo-Surgery Division; Worldwide Vice President, Emerging Market Development for Ethicon Endo-Surgery and General Manager of the Vascular Access Division. Prior to this, Michel held a number of Product, Marketing and Sales management leadership positions for Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. including Product Director, Procedure Development Director, R&D Team Marketing Director, Regional Sales Director and National Sales Director. He began his career at Ethicon, Inc. where he served in a variety of roles including Manager, Market Research, followed by positions as Suture Sales Representative, Sales Training Manager, Division Sales Manager and Product/Marketing Manager. He also serves on the National Board of Bottom Line, a philanthropic organization serving over 8,000 students across three states, with the shared goal of enabling low-income, first-generation students get into college, graduate and go far in life. Michel guides and consults with AIMeCAST, leveraging his expertise in healthcare and strategic partnerships.
